FREE SHIPPING

VetSupply.Online provides FREE standard shipping on orders over $250.00.  Orders requiring liftgate service, curbside delivery, inside delivery, and/or white glove service are not eligible for free shipping.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & SPEEDS

VetSupply.Online ships anywhere in the continental US.  Orders to Alaska or Hawaii require a shipping quote.

RETURNS

Returns require a RA – Return Authorization.  If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us.  With the RA, we will send a return label that will include where the merchandise in question needs to be shipped to.

Please note that not all items are eligible for return.  Additionally, some items have a restocking fee.

Also, note that it typically takes about 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center and be processed for refund. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, VetSupply.Online will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the refund credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
