Relieve annoying pains quickly, with an instant cold compress that temporarily relieves minor pain and swelling for sprains and sore joints. Packaged for individual use and to replenish first aid stations and kits. No pre-chilling required.

Directions

• Shake contents to bottom of bag.
• Locate inner pouch & squeeze firmly to break.
• Shake gently to assure complete activation.
• Avoid direct skin contact. Wrap in soft cloth.
• Apply no longer than 20 minutes.
• Dispose of Cold Pack in proper receptacle.

Caution

Do not puncture or strike pack in any manner. Store at room temperature (not to exceed 104°F/40°C). Protect from freezing. For external use only. Do not apply if skin is impaired in any way.

Warning

If accidentally ingested. Consult a physical or Poison Control Center immediately; I f content come in contact with eyes or skin, immediately irrigate affected area thoroughly with water and consult a physician. If ouch leaks, discard immediately.
